I bought this with installation for my daughter for Christmas. She can't get it installed for another month. When she called to schedule the installation, she had to bring it in. They charged her an additional $120 for parts. I should have had a local company install this. Not happy so far. We will see how it works once installed.

I have this product on another car. it is very good. previous remote was installed at another best buy location but I was unable to use that location this time. used LIC location this time and was not at all happy with the service I received. i purchased the same remote and wanted the same installation as the first car (same store deals) but had been charged higher price .when i questioned this i was given some sort of long story which i don't buy. I can't understand how you can get the same service at one location and then have to pay additional at another. I will not use LIC location any longer. Buy the way original installation i spent 4 1/2 hours and then had to return a week later because it was NOT working prpperly had to spend another 1 1/2 hours a total of 6 hours. I AM FULLY NOT SATISFIED AT ALL .

Bought this starter for my gf of 2 years. She drives a Infiniti Q50 and she's been talking about this forever. Finnally purchased it but it took forever to install because we had to wait a whole month before a tech could get to us. They said that it would take all day but it only took 4hrs and of course she loves it!!

I bought this item when it was available on deal of the day. Did not come with everything you needed. The geek squad tech guy told me I needed to buy an additional $150 of additional merchandise that wasn't included in the deal.

Would have given it 10 Stars if possible. Excellent transaction, from sale all the way to final installation. These young fellas at St. Joseph's Town Center in Jacksonville are top shelf pros. The product works seamlessly, thus giving a 2014 Venza the function more like a luxury car.

The install was excellent, the gentleman that did the install was awesome. He explained the remote and features very well as he also showed how they worked. I would recommend this store and service to anyone that likes to be spoiled with the best.
