Good product for the price. Geek Squad had a $199 install but that ran up to $500 after all said and done so shop around for a second install opinion.

Works great but too sensitive. Installed to correct power lock problem. This was a cheaper alternative.

So far doing good not as i expected alarm doesnt go on went bumping in the door

Decent alarm, but I wish I had spent the extra money for the upgrade.

I was never informed before purchasing this item that my warranty from the auto manufacturer would be voided if I had Best Buy install it

The alarm functioned ok but had to be within 10 ft of the vehicle to arm/disarm it. Totally useless, sorry.

For the Price of $159.99 it is a good buy. I love the system. I recomend this if your just looking for a reliable alarm.

I was told they would be able to install it immediately when I called at 2:00. When I got there at 2:30, the installer said there was one person in front of me. When I checked back at 4:00, Nick told me I would have to wait until 5:30. I looked around and saw there were a number of other customers who were helped before me. There was no apology for my 3 hour wait. I got the sense he took advantage of my easygoing nature.

We got a kid soul and needed an alarm. It was a good deal and does every this g we needed it to do.
