I had a remote start installed so assume this was needed to make it work. Since the remote start works then I don't have any issues with how it is working. I assume the intent is for me to know know it is installed and for it to just work, which it does.

Great products. It fits on my vehicle and is very easy to install.

A needed item for a great inexpensive car starter and will come in handy for the cold winter and hot, humid summer days.

No issues so far and works as it should. When you press on the brake it shuts off the car so it can't be stolen.

This accesory is very crucial in the remote starter insatll. This ensures that the system is disenaged incase if anyone tried to open the hood or have to work on the car, this prevents car from turning on.

We had an excellent install & advise from Best Buy Mobile for my remote start. This was just one part that I needed for the remote installation on my new RAV4. The installer told me because of the car's technology, I didn't need all the items I purchased and that an alternative part would do the trick for $100 less and it would be a 2 way rather than a 1 way system. How can you argue about paying less for better? I took his advice and everything works great and I'm so glad I got the two way instead. I have never been happier with Best Buy!

Exactly what was needed. Distance, reliability, security and winter warmth!!! Excellent system. I purchased 2. 1 for a 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer and a second for a 2017 Subaru Forester. Level works perfect.

The last Toyota had this item I had the hood latch popped and didn’t realize it could not get remote start to work opened the hood and dawned upon w it was open closed the hood started right up great safety device Best Buy has installed the last 2 remote starts on my vehicles pleased with the quality

I actually purchased my Viper alarm, tilt sensor and shock sensor from Amazon. But, I went to Best Buy for the installation because I understand that they are THAT good at what they do. In addition, because Best Buy installed these items, they guarantee the labor for life. And we all know how electronic items do not last forever. So that means if the brain of my Viper system goes after a number of years, and Viper refuses to stand by their product, which I've read to be true, if I buy another one, Best Buy will install it for free. I think that's a pretty good deal. So when the installer mentioned to me how this 10 dollar item is superior to the cheap quality ball bearing tilt switch that comes in the Viper box, I went with his suggestion. I have absolutely no reason to doubt him because I have been a Best Buy customer for many years. By the way, Best Buy may not have the lowest prices, Amazon currently holds that honor, but I know they have fabulous customer service. Trust me, I have dealt with them for quite a while and I have never been disappointed.

Came with a package with the starter I bought for my car. Pretty straight forward & had geek squad install it. Everything worked pretty well so far so no complaints from me.

This sensor is more reliable than the trip switch that comes with most remote start systems. It is also harder to bypass when you have your hood open (making it safer).

This part is essential to the installation of the starter system and that was a great install done by Best Buy Greek Squad and works great and comes in really useful during the cold winter months.

This was part of a remote install kit bundle, which included installation. I'm very pleased with not only the price, but how well the remote start works. Best and most affordable option around!

It's a part that was required for my installation. Works as expected. Have had no issues using for last seven months or so. Price was cheap.

U wouldn't know it's even there. The geek squad installed it onto my 06 Chevy 2500 HD AND I have zero complaints

Overall pretty happy with my remote start. I had the techs at Best Buy install the system and it seems to work fine. I didn't do a whole lot of price comparison ahead of time but it seems that Best Buy is at least a reputable company to back the product up.

This came in very quick and was able to just bring it to the install of my new remote starter! Plus it was so cheap!

The Ball Bearing Tilt Switch was needed for my remote starter installation. It worked out well.

You need this with the remote start. You don't want it to remote start with the hood open.
