I have had this viper car starter for about a year now and have not had any issues.

This is a great product but I ended up changing it to a compustar drone system instead, because something was wrong with the brain of the system and the store didn't have an extra one to finish my install. But I have a friend that has it in his car and it's awesome!

Good quality product. Check your Cars compatibility for all features. Mine would not support all. There is also a fee to use since it is cellular based. Not overly pricey but can have spotty coverage due to area

The interface is easy to understand and use on my smart phone. Does require a cell service plan so check the fees online before purchase.

Bought this especially to use during the winter,i am glad i did ,its come in handy,only down fall is lights in my car don’t go out and car starter can accidentlyvget bumped at times,itsxa mattwr of remembering to turn off your lights because it can wear down the battery if left on,car starter otherwise shuts off if forgotten about,Excellent item to have,best buy installed it for me.

I wasn't able to get an installation dare until March, when it was purchased in January. I was going to wait it out until I went in the store the guys were just in the install Bay just hanging out, not even pretending to be working...no wonder they are so booked up lol. I asked about getting called if anyone cancelled. I was told, oh well we call the people that just bought their product so they don't have to wait as long. I said, so you have had openings and let people cut in the line and he just laughed and said yep that's about right. He went on to tell me that I had to have the Viper app which is a monthly charge and there is no key fob for this model. So, to turn the car on each time remotely you have to get on your phone log into the app and then turn it on. I ended up just returning the whole thing. I am so sad too I have wanted one of these since they came out and to be able to use your phone was going to be awesome.

I like the concept when you have great cell service. Wish they had a manual backup

I wasn't too sure about getting one of these installed because I thought it could cause issues with my vehicle, but this is the best thing ever. I don't have to go out to my car on those cold mornings. I just simply press one button and I can continue to get ready for work.

I only had product a few weeks, works well so far.

The first unit I had was faulty and would only start with my remote. It was replaced with another new unit and both the remote and viper app work flawlessly. You can also set your car to start based on the day and outside temp. Very smart modules.

I bought this product as a deal of the day! Very nice to have in case you lock your keys in the car. Simply get on your phone and unlock from anywhere. This program can be on multiple phones as well and will work anywhere you have internet.

I debated for years on putting a remote start system in my new car for personal reasons. But, I can say that I am very happy with my purchase!!

This remote start system works fantastic. The range is great, and the added features such as two way communication make it even better!

This unit works better than any remote start I have ever had. Service is a little expensive but worth it.

This product falls way short of my expectations. I would not buy this product for any other vehicle, nor would I recommend to anyone. It does not start the car every time, it gives no other info. It will lock and unlock the doors though no further away than my keyless entry performs.
