I love the viper system. My friend got the compustart system and I have to say I love my viper system way better for one the security comes with it you don't have to add it and for two it's just much more user friendly with more features

Great price when purchasing as a bundle. The remote starter installed on all 3 of my vehicles, and they have bee working great without any issues.

This is my second one, the first was kil in my other car that got clobbered by a kid who ran a stop sign. Both units worked fabulous. I live in Colorado (it's cold) so being able to start my car from my desk or the top floor of the gym and have it all nice and toasty is awesome. I looked at all of the reviews, researched and spoke with a BestBuy saleman. I decided to go with a 2-way remote so i could get feedback that the car actually started from a long way away. I wanted to be in my office and have my truck start up without having to go look out the window to make sure it actually did. I'm very happy with this product and my car is always warm and ready to go every day. Perfect for the winter and looking forward to having the A/C already kicked on during the summer.

Remote Start works great, has great range, and feedback on remote is nice.

Love the long distance, and it's nice to know that it started with the 2 way remote.

I like the feature that lets you know if the vehicle is started or not and also shows on the key fob if the vehicle locked or unlocked.

My bottom is nicely toasted now in the winter thanks to this wonderful remote start. Bought a vehicle without remote start - who in todays age does not have remote start on new vehicles?! thus, i digress... Works great. Con: not so keep on the not very up front costs associated with installation of these devices. If the installer can punch in a computer what the estimated install price will be... why can't I do this online before purchase?

My husband is very happy about this product and uses it constantly. The only reason i did not give 5 stars is that I bought the product and installation as a bundle to cover all expenses for my husband's gift. To my embarrassment, he was charged for additional parts when he went to the appointment I scheduled him to have his prepaid gift installed.

I have purchased these for multiple vehicles. I was in CO, in a hotel, decent distance from the vehicle, it was 10 degrees out, had snowed a couple of inches. Hit the remote start hoping it would make it that far. It DID. When I got to the vehicle, defrosted, warmed, and a total pleasure to jump in! Buy the TWO-way remote system! You will be glad you did!

This is a great remote start. I was looking to buy one for quite some time and picked this based on the popularity and the reviews and it is exactly what I was looking for. I can now warm or cool the interior cabin of my car before I get in so that I am comfortable from the very moment that I get in.

This system does what you would want, and has some advanced features for those who want them. Simple, functional remote design. (1) 2-way remote included which is a necessity for remote start IMO. No goofy display on remote or the expensive long term subscription costs of the newer models. Nice clean simple streamlined design.

We brought a used SUV as the remotes did not come with the truck but installing this system not only gave us keyless entry but the convenience of starting our truck while it is hot and to get into a cool vehicle. The range of the transmitter is bonker as the 1 mile radius is accurate.

Love the remote starter & the tech that did the installation was great too. He took the time to make sure all my questions were answered & afterwards took the time to make sure I was completely up to speed on how to use the multiple functions of the key fob remotes.
