I have been buying viper for so long that I have no negative reviews on this product.

The installation was quick and easy. The staff that assisted me were friendly and knowledgeable. Things have been working great so far. I would recommend the product to everyone I know that is in the market for such a device!! It's just an amazing starter!!!

This was the perfect gift for Christmas, especially since we live in such a cold state!

Researched several remote starters and selected the Viper. Happy with the purchase and works great. Only wish was that the kit had two 2-way remotes instead of a two-way and a one-way.

I purchased this Viper remote start for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift. I've also had a Viper on my vehicle since 2012. I've had one theft attempt without success. If you purchase a Viper, be sure to buy the tilt switch as well. This device triggered the alarm as the car thieves were attempting to jack the vehicle up and take the wheels. I stand by the Viper brand and would recommend this product to anyone thinking about adding a car security system to their vehicle. If you choose Best Buy to install, please be patient. Depending on the time of year, you might have to wait awhile to get an appointment, but the installers are very professional and their work is guaranteed.

This unit works perfectly to warm my car during winter and it can cool your car in the summer if you set your air before exiting your vehicle. Peace of mind!

Wife's Ram Truck did not have remote unlock or start. with the install of this along with other necessary parts, we know have both working remote start and unlock

Has a lot of options that you can add on. Works perfectly and has Superior distance for starting. Would highly recommend a two-way remote starter as opposed to a one way.

Installed in daughter’s used 2017 Toyota Yaris L car that did not have jeyless rntry or remote starter. This came handy with this cold weather and so far working great.

I use this continually. I leave the house in the dark. It is priceless to have my car lit up, cooled, or warmed up before I leave.

I love my remote starter! It lets me warm up the car or cool it off with ease before we all hop in. It is especially nice during the bad weather to defrost the windshield.
