Part used in installation of my remote car starter

I love this remote start but in the features it says, "provides inside vehicle temperature"...problem is, you have to purchase an additional component...this was not my first choice...my first choice was sold out but it works really well.

Works great until the ‘brain’ module goes out and you spend a couple hours at best buy again to get it warrantied.

The starter is great! The app needs good service to work and sometimes locks up. I wish I would have gotten the one with the GPS for tracking purposes. But it's nice to be at work and not have to see my car to start it.

Starter seems to work well from a good distance, issue is sometimes all pushing the start button does is set off the alarm instead of starting it.

This was a step up from a One-way Viper remote starter that I had on a previous vehicle. The transmitting range is very good and the two-way feature (the way it confirms that the car is started, locked, ect.) is great.

I purchased this item for a disabled Marine Buddy of mines and he simply love his remote starter.

We had this installed in our 2005 Chevy Tahoe. It worked great and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to do an aftermarket upgrade for their vehicle.

Will kill your car battery of it is not started and run for 3 days.

This is a good product but ensure when it's installed the cut off time isn't set to 5 minutes but to 15 minutes

This is my third remote start system from Viper and in the 10+ years the only thing i have ever had to replace is the batteries in the remote! all three still working great!!

I have had this installed in my car for a week now and have been back to Best Buy for trouble shooing 3 times, it is nice when it works,

Every thing works as expected... but after one month ... one of the remote stop working .. not sure why

Works perfectly on my Honda Pilot. Love the 2 way communication between car and key fob.

Installed on my 2011 Honda odassy and works well. Hope manual is better though. I tried to reset the runtime from 10 to 15 min

Works half the time, other half my car keeps trying to start itself. Been back to best buy three times to fix the issue and every time they tell me viper released an update that hopefully fixes it. The 2 way keyfob is now dead. After changing the batteries once a month it now refusing to turn on. Buy any other remote start

I haven't had a chance to test the actual range but from what I've seen it works great!
