Did not work, tech did not know why

At the end of the day after 4 hours trying to make the Viper remote start work. It was still a no go. Refund was simple and painless. I think they did what they could to make the remote start work.my car is a a 2015 cx5.

Good, Hate when door opens, it shuts off

I hate opening car to grab snow scrapper forcing gloves off to manually restart.

Nice to get into a warm car!!

Haven't had much time to test since it hasn't gotten cold enough to use it. Best Buy did a nice job with installation and always helpful, not my first time buying and having installed a remote start.

Decent Buy - Needed More Features

A Big Disappointment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since purchasing my viper model 4115v1 along with vehicular interface and installation , I have not gotten any satisfaction after calling the Xpress Kit 1-800-361-7271. Because I have a Mazda6 2016 with a push to start after entering the car, there is no key takeover. I therefore have to shut off the car and restart it. This defeats the purpose of having a remote start. In the purchase box was a wire with an on off switch that was never installed. Could this possibly have something to do with the car needing to shut off ?
