Sometimes I forget to top up until my month is almost up and waiting for shipped item takes too long and pick up is a hassle. I also had one instance where I ordered extra card and when I went to redeem it later found out it had been shipped without activation!!! So beware redeem all cards before 30 days or your screwed..

Invalid card!

Scratched off the back and the number was invalid. Spent hours trying to resolve, apparently the card was never properly activated. Virgin Mobile wants me to fax all my information to some Sprint Tier 3 support within 48 hours... Where do I find someone with a fax? A complete waste of time and money.
