The $45 plan is great deal. Unlimited talk and text and 10GB of data. My 23 year old nephew spends a lot of time doing activities that use data and he doesn't understand out. Top up is easy and the service is great.

I don't watch TV or movies on my phone, and I don't spend several hours using it. I need it for work, to check my e-mails, and I also watch youtube videos on it. For me, I have all the data I need, and the price is perfect. With the 911 fees, something else, and then taxes, the $35 monthly fee to keep my services becomes $38 when I buy the top up card. That is annoying but acceptable, and cheaper than other phone options. I have been with Virgin since, I think, 2005, and I don't plan on switching.
