My wife is a long time (5+ years) Virgin Mobile pay-as-you-go phone customer, and she has had repeated problems trying to top up her phone using top-up cards on the Virgin website. She has been told multiple times that cards she has purchased new have already been used, and has had to resort to calling Virgin's customer service to get the top up to go on her account. One time she even had to scan and email a copy of the receipt for the top-up card purchase to customer service before they would top up her account. I had been a Virgin customer as well, but have since switched providers.

After purchasing the Virgin Mobile card at Best Buy I used my cell phone to contact Virgin Mobile and add minutes to my phone account. Within two or three minutes after entering the code that was on the card, my account was updated.

These are great. I use them to pay for my monthly charges and save myself a good $3 a month in taxes and fees. I just apply them to my account before my charge date and they use my account balance instead of a credit card or PayPal to pay for the next cycle.

You can't go wrong with Virgin mobile! Very good for those on s budget.

This is a "top up" card for virgin mobile phones. It is an easy way to pay your monthly phone bill for your pay as you go phone. I get everything I use to get from att for a fraction of the cost. I will never sign a contract for a phone again.

Virgin has a good network and these cards are easy to buy and use.

I purchase my Virgin Mobile Top-up card at Best Buy because of the near by location. The card is easy to spot & a quick charge on My Best Buy card makes it even more convenient. The card itself is easy to use & keeps me up to date.

Worked for me. Quick & easy pick up at Best Buy.Local phone store where I usually top up phone had a computer that was down. Need top up that day & Best Buy was there for me.

Easy and convenient. Can be used with any prepaid Virgin Mobile account. Wish Best Buy would carry 1 Virgin Mobile Card that I could add any amount to instead of buying card with fixed amount.

Bough the card, because I am still on the grandfathered $25 plan. Just logged into my virginmobile account, and typed in the pin. Extremely easy to use. Regret not buying from bestbuy sooner.
