    I just received my new Virgin Mobile no contract phone and knew that I needed to add cash to account to activate the phone. I held off buying a Top-Up card until the phone arrived. So today I went to bestbuy.com to get a Top-Up card for "Immediate Delivery" to my email. Turns out that immediate really means a few hours. If you need to add minutes to your account DO NOT buy the TOP-UP card online, just go to Best Buy and get one in person.
