Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got home and put the phone on the charger -- thought it was a little strange that I didn't see any light indicating a charge but it's my first iphone what do I know. Attempted to activate the new phone through virgin's website & it took the new phone's serial number (MEID) but then I ran into trouble with the sim card (ICCID) and not only did it not activate the new phone, but successfully managed to deactivate my old phone leaving me phoneless for a few hours while I waited for an email response from Virgin to get my old phone back up and running in the meantime. Well turns out the 5s phone was a complete dud anyway because it wouldn't charge/power on. Returned it and didn't get another. Bummer.

Was able to set up phone with Virgin Mobile with little trouble. Son loves it. It was supposedly pre-owned but sure looked brand new to us. At this point we're very happy.

I love this phone!

No sound

My phone just arrived yesterday and the sound was working and now I have to put my phone up to the speaker to hear it when it's all the way up. It only works with headphones plugged in, can't even use speaker. Super upset right now.
