This was a great purchase of a refurbished phone for Virgin Mobile. I shopped around and this was the best value for the dollar. My daughter loves it and there are no issues.

love the product, came quickly direct mail, easy to activate and switch from my old phone to the new and improved iphone...i am completely satisfied with the new phone and the buying experience from best buy

Thought I'd found a great deal however refurbished iPhone 6 would not connect to wifi for initial set-up...made a very disappointing Christmas gift. Despite attempts to set-up this phone via laptop it continued to not accept wifi password although other devices including another iPhone 6 recognize/accept same password. Returning this week. Purchased a new iPhone from another vendor.

Christmas present for kids. They love it..can't get them off of it. Can't tell that it's preowned. Just like new

I'm very happy with my phone. It is easy to use and better then my htc. More storage space. The store even set it up for me.

Phone died after 3 days, had to work thru Apple Store to get replaced. Resolved with new phone replacement 2 days later. Good assistance from Best Buy staff

It is an iPhone 6, for virgin mobile at a good price. Pretty awesome!

Bought this so called certified refurbished phone. It worked for exactly 14 days after we activated it. It stopped connecting to my service provider. Wasted half a day on the phone with support and no fix. Apple also denied any warranty on the phone...although Apple certified.. We returned the phone for full refund! Worst purchase ever!

I bought it to use with Virgin Mobile, can't be the cost. Phone looks like brand new.

I received my iPhone with a defected maps app . But I got what I paid for ,so I had to make a trip to the nearest Apple Store (which is not near at all ) because I was one day out my exchange period , even though the phone came with the issue .

Intermittent lockups before and after 14 day return period. Best Buy would not stand behind defective product – the good news is Apple values its customers and replaced the phone!

I was #TeamAndroid for years! After going through six Samsung Galaxy S5 in a year(no fault of my own) I decided to venture to iPhone and boy am I glad I did!

I bought this phone from Best buy but i didnt know that this phone was locked, best buy was not so helpful for unlocking the devices, best buy needs to improve in that area

This phone is work only on virgin mobile, i paid full price but still i unable to use with other carrier.
