Love this phone. Easy to set up. Lots of great features. Camera takes great pictures. Plenty of customization options.

had this phone for less than a month and now it started acting up. its overheating and closing up apps that I'm using. I try writing a message and the keyboard closes on me. Its using up the battery real fast all of a sudden, down to maybe 30% in a few hours of not even using.

This phone is great and the battery last a long time but it charges fast. If you buy this phone you will be happy.. The only downside 8gig memory so grab a sd card you will be good.

I haven't had the phone very long but so far it's been an awesome phone. This phone has a little bit larger screen with an amazing picture quality, it has been easy to learn to use. It's has worked well with different apps.

I've had for almost a week, so here's the bottom line: It's very good considering that it costs below $200. The phone is huge. Which is nice because it can double as your tablet on the go. The stylus is nice to have (but I do have to say it almost feels like an afterthought, as it doesn't have any smart features like the S-pen). The screen is very clear, and fairly easy to see in sunlight. The battery life is decent. If you use only use the phone occasionally, it should last you all day. The camera, while it has nothing on a DSLR, is really good for a smart phone. The photos are a bit flat, but clear and it has good light balance. The front-facing camera takes good selfies for social media. That being said, it does have a few cons. It does get warm when it runs a task for awhile. Some fonts look pixelated. Not always, but fancy/cursive fonts aren't very smooth looking. The 8 gig internal memory sounds like a lot, but once android has updated and the preloaded apps install, your left with about 3.5 gigs. You'll definitely want an SD card. The processor is not very fast, so this is not the best phone if you play a lot games. My only beef with the battery is it drains in about 6 hours when playing music or videos. But, that's true for nost phones so not really a big thing. All in all, if your on a budget like me, this is a realy good option. And virgin mobile service is great in my opinion. But, if you have the cash, the samsung phone from them has more features.

Hes used it for quite some time now and doesnt really complain about much besides the memory. When he first got it, it was very sleek for a man. Its withstanded many drops yes the back cover is cracked but nothing happened to operation of the phone

Purchased the phone because it was a huge screen and massive storage upgrade from my prior phone. Initialy i was very happy with the camera but a week into having it the phone slowed down and became unresponsive when using facebook, web-browser ect... i have had the phone for 40 days and last night i noticed it was very hot to the touch wich was a bit alarming and now as of this morning it will not hold a charge. I tried to just tell myself that its a cheap phone and i will just deal with the problems it was having but now i am siding with all the other reviewers....This phone is a lemon!

The main reason I bought this phone was the nice big screen. I am very happy with this phone and would recommend this phone to others.

This is lighter and easier to use device. With new developed technology, it makes search internet easier and fast and Twitter communication becomes regular.

Works well and camera is excellent, but runs out of internal storage space VERY quickly therefore limiting the number of apps you can download. It is possible to insert micro SD card for some extra storage. Also, battery life is very short, so be sure to have extra charge cords and/or portable chargers on you.

Bought this phone because I liked the big screen and it was affordable. You'll love it at first until you quickly fill up the memory. You only get about 3gb of useable storage. It has an external memory slot but it's useless because you can't store apps or games or anything on it. You can only have around 4 apps installed and a handful of pictures before the phone slows down so much it constantly freezes. So too wrap up, it looks good on the outside but they cut so many corners on the inside to make it "Cheap" it's not worth it.

so far the phone is ok, it seems slow compared to my optimus lg phone , the apps seem to hesitate when they load, it should be faster with a quad core processor , right?

It's a good phone and what you are getting for the price can't be beat. I think if your looking for a decent affordable smart phone this is a good choice.

Display is amazing. It's a little slow but most androids i noticed tend to be slow. My only complaint is the memory sucks. 75% of the internal memory is already being used by programs that are on the phone and non can be moved to SD Card.

I really love this product it's by far one of the best cell phones virgin mobile has ever produced.The photos I've taken are so clear and crisp in color,as well as the camera.In addition to the fact that i have over 40 apps that i find the best as well.

Excellent phone. Screen looks just as nice as my 2K screen LG G4, except the stylo has nicer glass, but LG G4 has more pixels that can hardly be seen (except when you use a VR device). Also the camera is not as good as the G4 but we are comparing a $80 phone to a $500 flagship. So this is a great phone for grandparents and kids. IF you are young and need lots of apps, it will start toi slow down. Apparently on Android 6.0 you can add a card and make it part of the memory to avoid that issue.

I would of gave 5 stars but the battery life on this phone isnt very good. Other than the battery problem i would recommend this phone!

Definitely not as good as the big boys, but for under 200, it is one of the better phones in that price range

First off I must say that I am an iphone fan!!! If I hsd the money thats what I woukd have got! However this phone is preety great!!! Battery could be improved a little but apart from that it works great and is pretty easy to use!!!
