Love this. Using stylo as a media device and loving the screen and speed of the unit. Size is a little large for my taste which is why I am using it as a jack of all trades device. Stylus is a plus for note taking. Root is available and so is an upgrade to MM but device is working perfectly on LP.

Stylo has it's kicks but it is a great phone its freezes from time to time im still learning how to use it

The phone purchased was ok. Its slow in the technology sense. It takes several rings before the screen appears to show who's calling. Message receiving is slow. But as for customer service at the Best Buy located in Matinsburg WV, Andrea was beyond helpful and accommodating. Not to mention her warm and comforting greetings.

Phone works great no problems is very big phone need big pocket to fit in. Is a very good item.

Replaced my Windows phone with this phone. This phone works. First bought one for my teen, and they didnt have any problems so I bought myself one. Good phablet size. Will fit in pocket, and large enough screen I can read my documents on it.

I purchased this phone after looking at the store display. I liked the picture clarity and the large screen. Once home I didnt enjoy how large the phone felt in my hands. It felt more like a tablet. I returned the phone for that reason only. If I could have gotten beyond that I would have kept this style.

A pretty decent phone for the price. The virgin mobile month to month service is great for my elderly dad, who doesn't want to be locked into a contract and only needs an emergency phone for when he goes out for his daily walks.

Loved the phone for the first few months. Then 2 weeks ago it just stopped responding, couldn't open apps, couldn't swipe thru home screens, couldn't even open settings. Called Virgin Mobile, they said we'd have to do full reset. Fine, we let them do that. Now his GPS doesn't work at all. Apparently either before phone crashed or after reset, it got "updated" to Marshmallow 6.0 from Lollipop. Now he has NO functioning GPS. Don't know if it upgraded to Marshmallow which messed up the phone or if the reset loaded it, but either way he's now burned. Apparently (confirmed with both blue shirts and LG themselves) it's a known problem with Marshmallow and won't be fixed until release of 6.1.- , but right now no one seems to know when it's arriving. It was scheduled for June 2016, and it's now July. Stylo 2 will have same problem.

I love my new phone. It is so easy to use and I am so happy with the size of it . I have trouble seeing so the extra large screen is perfect for me. It takes beautiful pictures as well. I would highly recommend this phone.
