I love it.

I especially like that I can actually read books on it through my kindle app. Love that it has a stylist tucked in with it and that it has 8g of space.

trouble from the start

Friends tried to call me and the calls never rang on my phone. the key board often disappeared. the phone lagged when typing. I took it back and had a new one right out of the box replace it and they activated it right in the store for me and that phone had the same problem so i now have a different phone. I was surprised because LG has generally made very dependable phones but that one just did not meet any standard.

Good value for the cost

The two cameras were high enough resolution to enjoy the phone, and other features looked modern. The size was an important upgrade for me, because now I can see everything and use it. The GPS and map features have been a big plus, and have left nothing wanting. A great value.

Not happy with the product.

Keeping the pbone until I pay my Bestbuy accout off, then I intend to get an iPhone.

I especially liked the great help that Best Buy offered me when I first bought this Smart Phone. They spent over 45 minutes patiently explaining the functions of my new phone..and without any charges! I LOVE MY NEW PHONE.

Not the best phone for the money I paid

I have had phones that I paid less for and was a better phone then this one. It often freezes and cuts me out of an app. I have to turn off and back on to get it to work again.
