Excellent for beginners

She didn't need anything great just something basic that she could put all her apps on. She loves this phone. I had no trouble activating it and she hasn't asked me once how to do something on it!

Nice phone for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The phone is nice for what I needed.The great thing was I was able to use the balance I had left on my pay low plan from Virgin mobile.Let me be clear the balance a had in money not the pay low plan you will have to choose a new no contract plan which are pretty cheap.

sturdy held up was back up second line for trips

ok for my phone usage

He programmed my new purchase and carried my phone number over from my prior Best Buy phone purchase. My only negative experience came when I was told that the Best Buy store no longer is carrying the protective case for the phone I had just purchased.

A good smartphone for a beginner

There are some features of the phone that I haven't learned how to use, but the basic things I needed are on this phone without too many features that I know I'll never use.
