Does the minimum well with clear phone calls, sending and receiving texts. Memory storage is terrible so buy a SIM card. Camera doesn't take good pics. The screen on mine cracked easily when I dropped it getting out my car. Buy a phone case with this phone. This phone crashed just in September '17 but I had the phone for 1 year and a half since February '16. It worked good with a cracked screen for that while.

We bought this phone for my son. Overall it is not a bad phone for the price but the power button on the back is an issue. Not a good option if you are a little harder on the phone. He has not found a case to help protect the phone that works for him.

I bought this phone for $16.00. It does everything that I want and I still have cash in my pocket. It is as fast as the $500.00 ones.

This phone was a steal when I saw it on the online best buy store for a dirt cheap price. The phone is perfect for a beginner and great for a wifi only device. The only drawback would be that the camera has no focus AT ALL. Overall a great beginners phone.

If you can afford a higher end phone from Virgin like a Galaxy or IPhone, do that. But for us folks who are on a budget, this phone is niice and fast. There are issues about the SD Card storage and how it won't let you transfer stuff. Well, get the more expensive phones to solve that problem. This is a better version of the Tribute that they had out before.

My mom has this phone also, and when I used hers, I loved how fast it accesses the Internet . So I had to get one! Plus it holds a lot of music, have not had any problems with service dropping either. Nice phone and a nice price!

I had the 1st version of this phone for about a year now, It's been annoying with running out of internal space. So I decided to upgrade the Tribute 2 was at the same price as I paid for it's original counterpart.
I am more than pleased with this phone, I've went from only being able to install 3 apps, to right now having 5, and I've yet ran out of internal memory - and I take a lot of pictures too, I have a memory card (from the 1st phone) and so far I only put pics on it, unlike the 1st phone I put any app I could on it and still had no space, so I'm happy that I've yet ran out of room, the only downside was that the camera on the back is positioned differently so I had to get a new case too. And it's taken me a little time to get used to the power and the volume buttons being on the back, but now that I am used to that, I love they are there, I am not accidentally hitting buttons.
This phone was worth the $30 some dollars I paid for it :)

So far so good. I bought this phone for my 11 year old son and he loves it. I've been impressed by the operating speed that seems to be as fast as much higher dollar phones. I would have liked to see more internal storage but android is small so it doesn't take up too much of the 8 gigs. Drops, bumps, slides, oopses, doesn't seem to phase it at all.

The phone is larger than I'd like, but it seems they are all getting bigger. I miss having a querty keyboard, but those are long gone, I'm afraid. The biggest peeve is that the on button is on the back of the phone, so if it's laying down, you have to pick it up to turn on the screen or change the volume, and those buttons always get bumped when sliding in and out of my purse pocket.

This phone has 8GB of storage which is fairly adequate for most purposes. Only down side is that it has the lock/unlock switch in the back of the phone. Its the first time I have ever seen it and it takes some getting used to. Excellent call quality, can handle apps very well, and I got it for just $20 on Black Friday. So really cannot complain!

I purchased this for a friend as an entry level smart phone to upgrade to unlimited talk. She used to run out of minutes and when I would call from out of state, I could never get through after the middle of the month. Now they have unlimited talk for $35 month instead of paying for extra minutes of talk time. What a bargain and ease of use.

This is my first smart phone that doesn't have a slide out keyboard so I was afraid I'd have problems adjusting to touch-screen texting and email entry but this phone is great. It was inexpensive but does more than I expected - I would recommend to anyone.
