Customers highly value the Moto G (3rd Generation)'s camera quality, battery life, ease of use, and screen size. Many also appreciate its affordability and water resistance. However, some users express concern regarding the limited internal memory and storage space. Adding an SD card is often suggested to mitigate the storage limitations.

All in all satisfied with it, there are a few Gotchas but they are easy to work with. First thing is this was the 4 gig onboard memory, if you can spend the extra money for the 8 gig version. out of the 4 gig, about 1 gig is the OS, and installed core apps, about 1 gig is all the extra google
stuff you semi-need, which leaves you 1+ gig for anything you install, but that's mostly wrong, because in order for it to run smooth and fast you need roughly 1 gig free of the internal memory. If you install stuff and you leave less than a gig, you notice the phone slows noticeably. Second thing is this is a Lollipop phone, on Virgin Mobile (there is also a BOOST version, but I dunno BOOST's policy). Its not going to be updated to Marshmallow anytime soon/ever, because Virgin Mobile doesn't do that, they just kill the phone and knock it down to 0.99 cents trade in value and add new phones to their line. Its fairly easy to Root (but it voids Motorola's warranty - I dint think it does anything to Best Buys..) and there are some good home-brew ROMS that use Marshmallow, so there's that. Also install a Battery/autokill app. For 70 bucks on sale, with waterproofing and half an inch upgrade from my LG Volt, def worth it.,

We have used Virgin Mobil cell phones for quite a long time and have been extremely happy with them all. The pricing is unbeatable for a great product.

This phone has things covered: Great call quality, loud speaker (only one at the bottom, top is receiver). Camera is OK, in different areas/lights, it behaves differently. The Google updated software is amazing on this phone. Screen is clear, almost perfect, if not PERFECT! OH, the default moto camera has a qr code scanner built in, so no need for a separate app! Flashlight is very bright, brighter than a regular flashlight. Battery life is amazing, even with a lot of apps. Without charging, the phone lasted for a full day and a half. Even more without a lot of apps.

This is a great starter phone for a teenager. The screen is a nice size for viewing online content. You will have to add an SD card for additional storage because the phone only comes with 8gb.

The sales lady that helped me was outstanding. she made sure that all of my contacts and pictures was saved and transferred to my new phone. No other salesperson ever did that before!

This is probably the best value phone you can buy with a Snapdragon 410 processor. It screams high build quality. Water resistant, moddable, what more can you ask for?

It is a great phone, the only drawback is the lower memory and slower processor. The camera is great!! And the memory and processor hasn't been and issue for me.

Had to replace my first one because the sound stopped working. Replacement has some muffled sound quality on calls, but only sometimes. Sounds like it's a manufacturing issue with this model. This is not a super user friendly phone, either, but I've gotten used to it. Decent phone other than those issues, but I would not buy it again.

I am impressed by the clarity of the pictures and movies. I like some of the features. Not enough internal storage. Screen very sensitive sometimes freezes up very annoying. $49.99 cost not bad for the price.

Randomly got this phone. Its the most boring phone I've ever owned. I really hate typing on the phone, I make mistakes all the time & never had that problem on previous phones. It would be really good for an adult who doesn't use their phone a lot.

I ended up buying a Samsung Galaxy J3 2016 because my Moto G got hacked, which has never happened before. Compared to my new phone, there aren't many useful apps, the default photo editor was not great & I kept running low on memory despite putting a new memory card in. Once the new MicroSD card was in the phone never registered it was installed. It said it wasn't there but it was so I'm not sure what caused that to happen. For that reason, I ditched it. For the price and as long as its for regular use it's good.
