This was bought as the first phone for a middle school student. She seems to love it much more than a flip phone. The only issue, only one camera, which makes selfies a little harder. But, other than that, working great.

After a short adjustment from an android very happy with windows, very good quality phone for the money

Utilizing the Virgin Mobile / Sprint towers, this Lumia does a great job maximizing the Windows Phone OS for a great experience. I also like the fact that you can use the HERE GPS app with no data plan at all because the app and the GPS is so good on this phone. Thanks for letting me learn the Windows OS, too - it's different from Android in a lot of ways, but I really like it.

I enjoy the phone. Currently using as a backup. Feels good and looks good. Doesn't have all the features of the best phones but does have LTE and great phone if you don't need your phone to do and be everything.

If you are considering it, BUY IT. The phone has incredible battery life, processing power, flawless data connection, is able to pick up wifi my wife's phone cannot and it was ONLY $70 for the virgin mobile model. I've literally spent twice as much money for has as much phone. Very happy.

Had an Android phone three to be exact, one crashed constantly, one was good just the hdd was too small to be effective, and Chrome updates WAY TOO MUCH!!! The third would have the keyboard crash constantly, and the only way to get it back for a day, is to restart the phone. Moved to the Windows handset, and its perfect, fast, and reliable, also, my company uses MSO365 with EAS, and the sync up and inter-operability is GREAT!!!

I previouslywas using the Lumia 520 and thought that that phone was pretty good. But this upgraded version is much faster there's more memory and it has 4G speeds which I like very much enjoy.

Good internet connections. Too sensitive on sliding/pressing. When I want to slide I accidentally press too firm and activate button.

I am windows oriented so this was an easier phone to program and use. The transition was great. Good phone and clear camera not good for detailed photos but great for quick shots.

I have had this phone now for a couple of months and it works excellent and has so many features that I'm still discovering them. I would recommend this phone to anyone especially if your new to a Smartphone, it's easy to use.

I bought this phone for my thirteen years old granddaughter. The only thing I don't like the family setup wasn't a little difficult. We were unable to get it to work.

This is a great phone. My two phones before this were a android and a iPhone 4 and I actually like the windows interface the best. It runs very smoothly and the Battery life is the best I've seen. The battery tends to last me a week on low-to-mid usage. Currently the windows store lacks apps so it's a good phone for someone who doesn't care to download every single app out there.

This device has great LTE speed, and all the basic functions of a Windows phone. Great value for the money. If it had a front camera would have been even better.

i am not a big fan of this phone and look forward to getting rid of it only because myself and my babies cant talk selfies like we used to with no front camera

Phone works great. Now if you need apps to live don't buy this phone.If you don't, nice alternative phone to play with compared that is not android or apple.

This is a replacement for my 5 year old cell phone. It is so much easier to use and has all the features of an iphone at a very reasonable price. I also get better reception.

I was in BB the other day, and stumbled across this phone that was on sale for around $50. That, combined with $10 worth of rewards points, I got it for $40. I like it a lot, compared to my old smart phone, which was four years old, and ready to bite the dust. It holds a charge for a couple of days, so I don't have to constantly have it plugged in the wall outlet.

The Lumia 635 does just about everything you could want or need...phone (great audio quality!), GPS, health-tracker, e-mail, calendar, you name it! The only thing missing is a camera flash (and, hence, no flashlight app) and a compass (which would seem to be easy, cheap additions!?!)...and the price I paid ($29.99, but it's now back up to $99.99) is exceptional!

Easy to operate. The only thing I had trouble with was getting the flash to work on camera. Had to hunt for it
