    I am new to these 'smart phones' so I found it difficult to navigate without assistance. I'm still trying to get it to 'open' and 'close' more easily. I miss not having an actual manual in my hand to review how to navigate the product. Maybe if I switch carrier it might be easier! It would probably be not as difficult for more experienced users.
