We purchased this phone online for our Grandson. We were unable to activate the phone and when we called Customer Service we were told the phone was either stolen or it wasn't scan out of the warehouse. Leaving us with a phone that we cannot use. Best Buy will never be an option for online shopping for our Family again

At first, I loved this phone. I had upgraded (at least I thought it was an upgrade) from a LG Tribute 2. I loved that I had double the space, I loved the better camera, I loved a lot of things about it. I got this phone around July 13th and it worked for a good two weeks then it started messing up. I'm a senior in high school and I'm in band so I go to band camp. I had my phone inside all day because it was the end of July/beginning of August so it was really hot. I got on my phone to call my parents let them know that camp was over and I was good to go home. Well, my phone's screen completely stopped working and got really hot. I restarted it and it was still messing up. It took 24 hours for it to actually work again; I figure that maybe it was just a fluke. It wasn't. A week after I got done with band camp, I was at a friend's house and my battery had drained from 85% to dead in the matter of 3 hours. I charged it and got back on it and the bottom sensors (the home, back and open apps sensors) completely stopped doing their functions. To this day, they still don't work. I have to either use my notifications or restart my phone to get on different apps. I shouldn't have to do that with a phone I've had for a month, no matter the price or quality. Today, I was texting my friend and my phone started glitching mid-text and sent my friend my unfinished message, video called her twice, and sent a random person on my Facebook friends list a bunch of random emojis that I don't even use. Now, I can not get on my phone for it will glitch out again. Long story short, I had this phone for a month and now it's not even working at all correctly; and I baby my technology so it's not from mistreating the phone. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.
