Easy to use basic smart phone

Good start off phone for kids.

He was able to take pictures and video. It was easy for him to text and call us as well. He even downloaded a few games I never saw him having to restart it or anything.

Not good service

Text messages come in days after they were sent and will show up MANY times. Super frustrating. I chose this phone and plan to save money but its been nothing but a problem.
