    Picked this up and activated when I got home. You must follow the steps inside the package, I didn’t have any hiccups porting in my number either. It was convenient being able to pick up the sim from my local Best Buy rather than waiting for visible to ship me a sim

    Still have been unable to activate. Support is non existent. Verizon doesnt help either
