    Won't let you use the physical sim. Will only allow an Esim. I have a Samsung Galaxy s25 ultra with a straight talk physical sim in it. They tried to tell me that my phone wasn't physical sim compatible. Customer service doesn't know what they are doing. I got ripped off for 2 sim kits that I couldn't use.

      I hear you, and I'm sorry for the conflicting information you were given. While your S25 Ultra is physically compatible with a SIM card, our system occasionally defaults certain high-end devices to eSIM only during the compatibility check to ensure a faster activation.
