    Card was purchased as part of a bundle. It works fine as long as there is visible (verizon) coverage wherever you're located.

    Horrible service. I could not activate my phone and go with Spectrum. Waste of 30 bucks. It says 24/7 customer service which is a lie. DO NOT BUY this service.

    Received prepaid card and sim kit on 9/8 with pickup at Best Buy. Dutifully followed the activation instructions to the letter - everything appeared normal an good to go when requested to restart. Upon restart, emergency calls only, no text, no data. Phone isn't registered to their network - yes it's compatible. Lengthy and cumbersome Chat is the only support option Visible offers. 5 days without phone service and a promise that it was to be fixed within 24-48 hours. Still waiting a response - rest assured Best Buy, I'll be returning for a refund in a few days if Visible can't get it straight.
