Porting or transferring my number was very simple as the site/app immediately lays out everything you'll need to move over your number. The service is really fast and truly unlimited without any slow downs past the base plan. You can beat unlimited hotspot on each plan it's fast and reliable. My Pixel 9 always has 5G UW or 5G service. I recently said from cricket wireless. So happy to not freak with the deprioritization of my Cricket wireless plan. Got to love the Verizon network. Remember to check the coverage maps on Visible's website to check coverage where you live, work, and frequent.

Strange since this is a Verizon company. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for almost 30 years. I have been on Visible for almost a month now and see no difference. Be patient with the sign up process. I experienced some issues with my address and it took a day and a half to get the issue resolved. I purchased the highest plan expecting my watch to work with it. Currently Visible only supports the newest watches. Mine is a watch 5 pro.

Good product just can't use it

Its just when i went to use a different phone the visible app told me to get a sim card from best buy. Well it was the wrong info because you can only get a sim from them if your getting new service. So now i got a sim card i can't take back get my money became i had opened it. For my trouble they gave me 5 off my bill. Besides that it was a easy purchase from best buy. I really like best buy and i would purchase other stuff from them for sure.... I would say purchase this sim only if your getting new service
