    this scanner works great but the software installation was very difficult. It kept having errors. I am computer literate so I was able to get around the errors, but people who depend on the software to work as it says will not be able to install it by themselves. I can see them returning the scanner because of the frustration. It's also a little pricey for such a small scanner.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
