    This tablet will not let me charge the battery. I used it for a few days and the battery needed to be charged so I plugged it in and after about an hour after charging a red light comes on near the charging port. I can not start the unit, it no longer charges, and it appears the battery is completely dead. I cannot get in touch with the manufacturer, they are not available right now. I cannot register the device for warrenty because I don't have a serial number.

    Really loved this product until...the charging port got so loose it wouldn't charge. Only had it less than 2 months.
