    I received as a gift, was excited as the specs read that this should be powerful and able to run most anything. Out of the box, the item looks great, but feels cheaply made in the places that count. The edges around the tablet, where your hands rest, are sharp and pointed..uncomfortable..unfinished. The the buttons, don't stick up enough to find in low light and are hard to use. It takes FOREVER to boot up and has no progress bar to let you know that it has not frozen in startup. Also, be warned, that though the company states that this item is playstore certified, many apps report that they are not compatible with the device, even though they list as compatible on my htc phone and my old tablet. It was not just one or two, but may 20% of the apps that I have loaded on my htc phone (which is running the same version of android). Now, onto the problem. it started after about 2 days. I noticed that every once in a while I would hear a stutter in the audio when playing a game, or in the middle of a movie. The item has 2gb of fast memory, and a fast quad core processor (better than my present phone) but it stutters the sound where my phone does not. It has been getting worse by the hour. I tried installing a memory manager to see if it was a memory issue, and it reported back several times that there was a memory error. The tablet also freezes on parts of very simple games that I have been playing for years on much less powerful tablets and phones. I am going to take the item back for an exchange and see if this is a defect, or a design issue. I will update my review if it turns out to be a design issue. I have read two other reviews on another site concerning this stuttering audio issue...but that is a very small percentage of the reviews that are out there on this.

    Bought the item with reservations especially having read the reviews but bought it anyway because the online store Specialist reassured me. I loved that it came with customized case and stand but cursor responds to movement on off and on basis- responds jerkily. About the third day, I charged it fully at night but by following morning when turned on, battery was flat! When this happened the second time I had to return it to the store for refund due to issues with replacement. Even the store Rep could not turn it on! Very disappointed cos I so much believed in Best Buy.

    I was not able to find any reviews on this product at the time of purchase. I took a gamble and we are now having issues with the charger port and with the audio stuttering as described in other recent reviews. Not sure I want to exchange since the audio issues seem to be consistent. for the price, I would not recommend. You can find other 2 in 1s cheaper and that most likely don't have these issues. Outside of those two issues it seems to operate ok.

    don't buy this brand of tablet the this is the second tablet im returning due to charging issues.... The plug in feature went down inside the tablet and cant be charged. less than two month usage very poor plug in feature to charge I called visual lands 1800 number and they said the plug charge features not covered very upset best buy cant repair it either

    This tablet is a great buy. I had been using and ASUS and this one is much better. It is fast and very easy to use. I love the big screen. It comes with a stylus and a holder that holds it up for you. It also has a detachable keyboard. I do not use that as I prefer the on screen keyboard. Sounds is great. Camera is great. I highly recommend.

    I broke my old tablet, so I did a quick search and found this one. The first one was DOA, but Bust Buy in Waldorf quickly helped me get the replacement. Setup was quick and easy, and Google backup quickly restored my profile. The only think I am not very pleased with is Netflix streaming. There is a bit of lag.

    It is bulky and had some difficulty starting up. It work out well. I did have some problems after an update. Had to uninstall Google and reinstall it. Works well now. Speakers are a bit week. Picture is nice and big. Watch videos on it is nice,

    Battery charger defective

    This computer went dead after 1.5 years of use because the apparatus where you plug in the charger broke --cant receive a charge any longer
