Go black screen when about to dies and screen is not clear when I had the time to take it in store told me it's pass 15 days but received it 11/15

I’m so happy I ordered this tablet. I have a 5 year old son we watch movies on it and play kids game. I added ABC Mouse on it been using specially on his way to school and after school. All the buttons work with the tablet and it hold charge I’m so happy I ordered this tablet.

Tablet glitches the minute it got out the box it does really work so upset with the product

Very Slow. Download speed very Bad . Absolutely Junk.

We bought these for our girls for xmas.. we opened them and tried to set them up and it doesnt let you update the system it's at full update allowed. With that being said you cannot set the tablet up without a higher update version and it becomes an expensive paperweight. Returned both of them and getting something better!

My granddaughter loves it. Only problem I have is that everything is moving real slow and YouTube is not working on it. Overall I will purchase from Best Buy again first time having an minor issue

The chargers broke 5 day after it was delivered, I was disappointed, but the tablet itself was nice,I would recommend this product to friends but the chargers should be upgraded cos it's a mess

Very poor tablet in that it couldn't even function to download simple videos or games to be used on the plane. Didn't matter what we used to connect to internet it was still poor quality.

Bought for my kids for Christmas and it's the perfect size for them they will love it
