Poor Design.

The default pitcher works much better. Food constantly gets stuck on the upper part of the small container, and because it doesn’t mix properly with the part that touches the blades, it forms nasty clumps in your smoothie. Cleaning is a nightmare—your hand can’t even reach the bottom to properly scrub it, so it’s impossible to get it completely clean. I ended up returning it because it’s just not worth the hassle.
