Our daughter and I did considerable reviews for the Vitamix and I heard those of friends. I borrowed another brand of blender and have used other brands but none blended as finely as this one. My only drawback is the pouring spout which leaves messy liquids on the top of the container as my smoothies are thick.

The price point on the Vitamix S50 was at the max I wanted to pay. Had tried a cheaper Ninja blender but was disappointed in the features, power, and it did not last. So far, very impressed and pleased with the power and the features of the S50. The smaller carry cup is fantastic for on the go smoothies. The larger container has worked well for blending almond butter and other larger blends. The push post has proven great to insure larger fruits and chunks are properly blended.

I would recommend this blender. It is very power, so it can withstand heavy duty use. It may be a little pricey, but it will last forever.

I have been wanting to have Vitamix for a long time but because of its height that was not fit between the counter top & cabinets, I could not buy it before. The Vitamix S50 is smaller so I got my dream and my daughter loves to use it. She makes smoothies and we all enjoy it as a nutritional dessert. I use to make green juice & other drinks. Thanks Best Buy for the Rewards. Your Rewards program helped me accumulate enough to afford the Vitamix.

Blender works really good. I love how smooth my smoothies come out. It is worth all the hype!

Although the Vitamix is a bit pricey, it is worth every penny. Previously my Nutribullet worked well, but was unable to finely chop thick greens (spinach, kale) and this Vitamix has made it possible to make smooth and enjoyable smoothies, not to mention it comes with a great recipe book with suggestions for other things you can make (like soup!)

I use it to make baby food and its perfect. It's not as loud as my older blender which is helpful whe the baby is asleep.

I'm new to the world of smoothies & am enjoying the Vitamin more than I had expected. Does a great job.

Love the smoothie programs - and great blender as well. As stated in other review, does have issues with frozen strawberries, but overall a great machine.

Vitamix. The "it" blender but I still hesitated. Thinking I didn't need the top of the line. I was wrong. I did and since this model is shorter, it fits beautifully under a shorter cabinet. And I purchased it at Best Buy during an incredible sale. Yipee

Worth every nickel!!! Had a blender before the Vitamix. The Vitamix blends so much beter and my smoothies are creamier and tastier. I love this blender!! I am even going to order another container so I have 2 ready to blend.

This blender does it all. No limits to good health.

Very glad I bought this for several different reasons, mostly for better health. I use it daily for fruit and veggie smoothies and they are smooth to say the least. Leaves very little pulp and almost acts like a juicer.

This blender is powerful, easy to use and easy to clean. It could not be any better. I also love that it is made entirely in the United States. Vitamix also offers the VERY BEST customer service. After making delicious fruit and vegetable drinks for about a month, I accidentally blended a spoon with my breakfast smoothie. The Ohio based Vitamix support team arranged to have the machine shipped to them, repaired and shipped back in a little over a week AT NO CHARGE. There is no better blender or customer support than those offered by Vitamix. I can not recommend them strongly enough.

Love this blender! I had nutribullet but i choose to buy this instead. This is much stronger, nicer, the recepie book is awesome!

No joke this blender is perfect for making the best smoothies. Five year warranty got my attention. very happy with this.

This mitamix can let you do anything you want for personal used easy to clean, super easy to use and the is very strong.

This VitaMix is perfect for making smoothies. The blades and speed of the machine give an ultra smooth consistent result.

At first I was not sure if I wanted to pay more for what seemed to be just another version of the many blenders out on the market currently. However, after just one use "I AM A BELIEVER!" It crushes and blends ice like no other appliance out there that I've used in the past. Try one out you won't be returning it. Great buy!
