Powerful, moderately quiet. I use it for smoothies and it handles those easily, including frozen fruit. So far, so good.

Refurbished item

Made an online order and received a refurbished item. I brought it in to exchange and waited a week for it just to receive another refurbished item. This time i will be returning it for a different blender. Can’t trust that the third time will be a new item.
