Def Leppard has been rocking the world for almost 35 years but their pinnacle achievement was Hysteria released in 1987. Finally, the band played that album in its entirety. From the first melodic riff of 'Women' through the fade out of 'Love and Affection', the concert is remarkable! The Vocals sound like the early days of Leppard, the guitars harmonize while still standing out in the way that only Def Leppard knows how to do. And I could never say enough about the amazement of Richard Allen's drumming (with one arm.) A lifetime Def Leppard fan needs this concert! Included is also the band performing some of their classics from Pyromania, High N' Dry, On Through the Night, Retroactive as well as the different album Slang, while posing as their own opening act. All in all, a fantastic Concert represented in near perfection on Blu Ray & CD.

I am so excited they did this DVD... It's been long over do. As always they were amazing! (The bonus is that without even knowing they were filming when we purchased our tickets, my husband and I were at the filming both nights. Being seen multiple times in the front row... Woo-hoo! As a fan for 33 years strong, it is so awesome to be part of their history.) They put together a great DVD with a Rockin' show and great interviews! Thank you to the entire DL team for the Vegas Hard Rock Residency shows, experience, and now memories to watch over and over again! In my words... It's FanDEFLEPintastic! It's a must have for ALL fans!

Great Live Album Disc 1 has the main show and Disc 2 has the "opening band"

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this turned out to be, especially the sound. The video rules. Only downer was looking at all the idiots with the cell phones in the crowd....and how old we have gotten. LOL. The guys played Hysteria cover to cover, and they played it like the original album, which after hearing them live for so many years with a few artistic liberties, sounded great. Joe could hit the high notes and sound great, which I hadn't heard in many years. For the Def Leppard fan it is a must own....wish I coulda been there.

This was a good concert. I reminded me of the good old days. One of the best albums ever.

One of my favorite albums all time is Hysteria, and I would have killed to have seen one of these shows live in Vegas. The bluray shows it all in digital surround HD glory, and the CDs are top notch. The only thing that's a bit off is that Joe just can't hit the notes that he could 30 years ago. Not a problem on most songs, but really evident on a couple. This is well worth the money though.

Was hesitant to buy this but glad I did. Great Hysteria show plus outstanding second disc with Def Lepard as a cover band playing songs from the first three albums. Included is some great old footage/interviews of the band.

Best DVD purchase. This band sounded better now and played as good as they did years ago. Hearing their old stuff brought back lots of great memories. Thanks Def Leppard for taking me back some of the best years of my life!

not that good sound and tried buying 3 of these the all came with the cardboard inside broken where to booklet goes

Highly enjoyed this set, I am a big fan of the band and have seen them several times in the last few years, so maybe I'm not the most impartial person out there. It captures the live experience, sound and picture are good, the set list is solid.

The highlight of this set for me was the "Ded Flatbird" opening sets. Lots of rare live songs, including side one of High N Dry. Sound & picture are very good. Joe's singing is better than expected, but hey, it isn't 1983 anymore either.

its good cd -combo Blu-ray with live concert music which I believe this is DEF LEPPARDS first live offering I believe good assortment of songs definitely a good value for LEPPARD fans

Finally a full live album from Dep Lep. A long time coming! Not as good as CD2 from the Pyromania Deluxe Edition (1983 live concert from LA). Worth your money. Buy it!

Didn't get to see the show in Vegas but this package is the next best thing. The sound, video and song selection by "Dead Flatbird" are all great!

Excellent video with extras from their residency here in Vegas. Them being the openers and playing classic Leppard makes it a must have.

HAVE BEEN IN LOVE WITH THIS GROUP FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND SEEN THEM IN CONCERT 10 TIMES. MISSED THIS CONCERT BUT GREAT TO WATCH.

This Cd/DVD is a must-have for any Def Leppard fan. It contains most of the hits that they are known for as well as some that were not so widely played. It is priced not to break one's budget in music.
