But everything I tried, including Calling Vivitar customer service, and bestbuy camera dept We couldn’t get the Vivitar software to download ? Had to return it to the store and Really disappoint my grandson for His Vacation! Never Again !!!

Im very disappointed, I totally lost my interest. I need to go to BB again to get the right memory card, which was not in my plans.
