I took a ton of pictures and videos in Florida and of our family outings in June and July. I tried to upload the pictures to my computer, and my Mac doesn't read the camera or the SD card. (It was formatted before I left- Best Buy reminded me to do that.) I've tried everything I could, but I cannot get the pictures off the micro SD card and there are over 7,000 on there. Best Buy has told me they cannot help me with this, and it's the company's issue not theirs- even though they sold the product and it was a feature product. Do NOT waste your money on this! So long Best Buy- if you cannot support the products you sell- then I won't be doing business with your anymore. If I could give zero stars, I would.
