Good little camera for the $$

Bought to take on our cruise to capture pics instead of the phone or the full sized Minolta digital. This took really good shots for most all pics we took. It does lack on distance shots but for 99% of our pics, they came out great. It's small & lightweight, perfect for excursions without weighing you down. Only thing missing that I wish they would've added would be a wrist strap.

Sturdy Build and Good Size

Battery compartment is snug and closes and opens with little difficulty. Easy to operate. It is a gift so no pics taken yet. Love that it is not as small as some cameras.

For example, it says you have to push the 'menu' button twice to play the pictures, yet doing so does not always let you see the pictures you took. I bought this for my teenager and couldn't help her with the controls are they are so temperamental and confusing that she can't really enjoy taking pictures and looking at them. I am going to try and return this camera and get one that has controls and buttons that are more user friendly.
