After trying 2 other mini projectors I found this gold colored projector at a great price (deal of the day) and glad I bought it. Actually well worth the normal price if need be. Extremely easy set up and use. Straight forward menu and the remote works perfectly. I add the Beats big pill for audio and control using the remote, great home movie experience. This mini actually out performes some of the larger units in regards to color and clarity. Able to use in medium lit rooms but a dim room for movies and this little gem will not Disappoint! It’s a keeper. I run it using ipad with hdmi adapter.

Very exciting when you first turn this on in the dark. The picture quality is so good, any improvement on it would seem to have to come from the source of the image itself. Great for DVDs. Normally I am viewing an 8 foot wide by 5 foot high picture with the projector positioned 12.5 feet from the wall. Drawbacks; the projector does get fairly warm while using, roughly the same as a stereo receiver would, and the remote control can be tentative at times. I found it quicker to plug a memory stick into the back of a Samsung Blu-Ray player and use the Samsung remote when you want to change quickly from one still image to the next.

Carry it in my bag and forget it’s there. It’s so small. It’s so light. It’s so right for the night. During the day doesn’t shine too bright.

good image quality, incredible size, very portable, unfortunately, it lacks lumens, I used it in a classroom, and had to turn the light off. (I understand the size sacrifices the light. Overall, its a great little gadget

I have been contemplating between getting a second TV or a mini home projector for my apartment, and decided on the latter. This ViVitek Qumi Q6 projector is indeed one of the best, portable, lightweight and economically priced projectors on the market, with a brightness of 800 lumen and its native 720, the brightness & clarity of the image projection is stunning (almost like HD). The projector meets most of my expectations except (i) ease of set-up - instruction manual is rather confusing, (ii) sound - one definitely needs an external speaker or rely on the sound of your mac-book / IOS devices / PC

Good little projector for light duty. Worked well for a retirement party. I projected photos off a USB drive onto a plain wall in the garage. Remember that the lumens is not that high so you do need a darker place. The garage was not that dark, but it was fine for our purpose. I got it on sale, so I felt it was worth it. I enjoy the portability and functions. Can use a brighter bulb (lumens), but forbthat you will need to spend a lot more money.

Great projector, love it! Nice and small so it is portible to bring wherever you want. Viewing is clear . Only downside, even after the device being on sale it was still a little overpriced for the picture quality and screen size.

Aside from not truly understanding the touch buttons ("select" or "enter" aren't intuitive enough for me) - this is a great unit. I travel for work, and this fits easily in my briefcase alongside my computer. The picture is plenty bright in 95% of situations (unless the sun is shining on the wall you're projecting on you'll be fine). Easy HDMI connection to my laptop.

Nothing bad to say about this projector yet. Picture is great, good enough to stream movies from in my opinion. I use it primarily for work. Small enough that I literally take it everywhere with me.

Set up seemed pretty straight forward but actually getting the projector to work was a bit more challenging. The manual was not great. Finally got it to work and gives a nice picture about 3 feet from where I am projecting. The biggest issue is that the sound will just shutoff while I am watching. Could not find anything in the trouble-shooting guide or online? Have not called technical services yet. But did find that by either changing the source then back or turning the unit off then on again, the sound returns. This is a pain and stinks when you miss something said.

Nice projector, works fine, bright enough in ambient lighting (living room with curtains open), compact. A little learning curve with connecting to wireless and using its app.

This is nice, potable projector for on the road person like me. Enough brightness for projections up to 80'. The brightness/Resolution seems to get dull beyond 80'. This projector is good value for money.

I use it strictly for business presentations. It's perfect for groups smaller than 5, but has sufficed for 15+ people. I would recommend a good tripod with it. I primarily use the Apple AirPlay from my cellphone to run presentations and love it. It's plenty bright to get the job done.
