I didn't realize this soundbar SB3621n-E8M 36" 2.1 I purchased in 2019 is actually a 2017 model. There is a newer model available. on other sites at the same price. VIZIO SB3621n-F8M 36" 2.1.

Way better than the speakers on your tv so anything will be an improvement. One design flaw with this bar is that controls are on top of the unit. Keep in mind if you want to mount to the bottom of your tv you’ll need to rely on the remote.

The subwoofer and bass are too loud. Neither I could perceive any better sound experience compared to my Toshiba TV audio speakers only. I actually revalued how good the audio of my TV is after using this Vizio.
