    I bought this for my first ever sound bar. I was totally happy at first. Occasionally the bar just don't power on unless you unhook the cables and plug them back in.

    Power is a little shady

    Ive had it less than a year and we have power issues. Goes dead. Also, the volume flexibilty isnt very user friendly. SOunds good when working right though.

    Difficult to hear dialog over music

    Great sound from the soundbar and subwoofer but the music in the background overpowered the dialog on TV shows and movies. I found myself turning the volume up trying to hear what people were saying but to no avail. This applied to all channels and various movies, so not an isolated case of a certain station or movie. Very disappointed with this product and have gone past my return period thinking it was just the channel I was watching.

    I did not like the sound quality so I have returned it. If you are looking for good sound quality this product not for you.

    Good Highs, bad lows

    Returned after a few days because all bass sounds caused the sound bar to rattle and buzz. Replaced with a model with a sub. Good for voice clarity though!

    OK products the subwoofer isn't as good as I thought. Either mine came bad or its pretty cheap quality.

      Hello SanDisk, you can adjust the bass levels and subwoofer levels independently using the remote. This may increase the audio and subwoofer levels to a point that is more to your liking.     Subwoofer speaker is basically useless

    Not much sound comes out of the subwoofer. Does not appear to have any way to increase its volume in relation to the sound bar.

      Hello SMSTL, this sound bar should have a separate bass setting that can be adjusted to increase the sub volume. . You should hear the bass rumble during explosions, planes flying, earthquakes, action scenes, and anything that would normally have a deep tone. You may not get these tones when watching something like a sitcom or the nightly news. If you have a VIZIO television there is a channel on the ‘Watchfree’ service that plays action movies with no subscription or rental fee, this might be a good place to find some content to test your sound bars limits. If you are already watching content that should be giving you bass, visit support.VIZIO.com and click on ‘Contact Us’. We’ve got agents ready to chat, text message, or speak with you on the phone to adjust settings and help optimize your sound bar. VIZIO

    Has not produced the sound hoped for. May be too large a room. Set up and remote are not user friendly.

    Not a bad little sound bar. Bluetooth with the TV is not great as there is a delay between the doh scans picture.

      Hi Nicksailors. The Bluetooth feature is fantastic for listening to music from a phone or tablet. But there is a small amount of lag present in any Bluetooth signal that noticeable when watching content. We'd recommend that you use one of the included audio cables to connect a cord to the TV. That should stop any small lag issues. VIZIO

    Probably would have rated higher if i had it placed in a smaller room, but it is located in an open floor plan of 1600 Sq Ft.

    Better volume and slightly clearer sound than built in tv speakers. Not a great sound bar but easy to install.

    I have the samsung one which is much loud . The vizio is ok, just not as good as the samsung sound bar.

    I am good with electronics, have no problem setting up all of our internet of things. I could not get this soundbar to connect to my network. I took it back and bought an LG that I had set up in less than 20 minutes and it works perfectly. It has a great sound!
