    The Audio is not always in Sync with the video. It will start out right then fail.

    This system is for my master bedroom. Impressive sound quality for a sound bar in this price range! Out of the box, the factory audio settings (Treble, Bass and Subwoofer) were set to high for my tastes. Also, the subwoofer is small & tall and I did not have high expectations. However, once I learned how to use the remote to adjust the audio settings, I am truly impressed. I'm a believer in that you get what you pay for. From and audio hardware perspective, every once in a while I'm proven wrong. Prior to this purchase, I tried two different Klipsch soundbar with sub. I'm a Klipsch fan-boy from a home theater level. Both Klipsch soundbar systems had issues that made them unusable and had to return both. After the last Klipsch return I decided to demo the other much less expensive soundbar's. Samsung, Polk, LG, then Vizio. The Vizio sounded best to my ears. So good in fact, I had to ask a best buy employee if the price tag was correct. Sure enough it was. I mounted this to my 50 inch Samsung, using a previously installed Sound bar mount. Its low profile, looks great and after a few hours of music and movies, sound quality actually improved! Another note, Bluetooth audio sounds fantastic. This was also a pleasent surprise. I love finding affordable audio hardware that produces quality sound. I Should mention that Demo'd the Sonos + Sub extensively. And that's my end game. I must admit, I'm going to have a difficult time justifying the cost of the Sonos Playbar + Sub for my bedroom after using this ridiculously inexpensive gem.

    My second Vizio surround sound......this system was terrible....Vizio sent refurbished unit (not new) after this system broke in less than a year. Refurbished system broke in less than 6 months. Would not recommend Vizio surround systems.

    The other reviews are true: this soundbar is the BEST you can buy! I plugged it in and set it up, and thought: hey, it's pretty good. But then I watched hockey - I could hear the blades scrape the ice as if I was there. I watched a movie that had a particular scene I liked, so I recorded it on my phone to watch again later. When replaying, I noticed that I didn't hear all the sounds I had heard the first time (on my TV). Even sounds as little as an actor's exhale at one point, I could hear with the soundbar. I tried to watch it again on my TV upstairs, thinking maybe the phone just has crummy sound - but I couldn't hear it there either. You will hear things with this soundbar that you will not hear on any other TV in your home (or other people's homes), it is AMAZING. It has great features like night mode, which cuts down the bass/meatiness of sound so that it's not bothersome in another room. You can set the subwoofer from barely any sound to vibrating the walls. Yes, the remote is a *little* tricky to figure out at first, but once you get it, you'll have no trouble. And yes, you will not see a numerical volume display on the TV - you will have to adjust the sound using your ears. If you're like me, you'll settle on one volume and never really change it, so it's not a problem that I can't see a volume number. Please trust me: these 'drawbacks' are nothing compared to the sound you will get out of this little guy. And for the price -- you'd be foolish not to at least try it. Bring it home, set it up, LOVE it to death...and thank me later :0P This thing is like a well-kept secret - don't let the stores know how amazing it is, or it'll start selling for $500. I never really had an opinion of Vizio before buying this, but will most certainly look at their other products when I need new technology. If their TV's are as good as the soundbars, SOLD!

    I bought this in May and the only problem I have had is that it won’t play volume from my speaker when ever I play a movie or try to watch a show... It works when I switch it to Bluetooth or anything else... this just barely started happing and it is starting to become very annoying....

If you do not like the audio quality there are multiple audio adjustments for the treble bass and advanced features of this sound bar.     Not a fan. Didn't last very long. Only had it for a couple of months before it stopped working or wouldn't connect to the sub woofer via blue tooth anymore. Sub woofer makes an excellent door stop though.

    For some reason the sound changes depending what you are watching or listening to, I use through Optical and sometimes the sound echoes and sometimes it doesn't, not sure what causes it but I've yet to figure it out. when it's not echoing, the sound is great!

    Quit working a month after purchase and with the Corona virus have not been able to get anyone to help me with the problem. Even though I bought tech support!

    Where to begin? Have to hit bluetooth button every time manually despite already being paired to device. Power stops working intermittently...can't turn it on, then you can turn it on and back and forth. Best Buy will not except refund due to their generous 15 day return policy (insert sarcasm) and offered no help. Contacted Vizio and there is no timeline for when I will receive a replacement due to Covid19. Neither Best Buy nor Vizio will provide a refund, yet cannot replace the product. Done with Best Buy and this will be my first/last Vizio purchase...should have stuck to JBL.

    I starting using this soundbar on a Friday and by Saturday night it had lost power and no it won't turn on. So much for a great product.

    My husband was looking for a good sound bar at a good price. The VIZIO was not good quality so we returned it and bought an LG for a little more money but GREAT quality.
