Got this with a new Visio tv. Seems to not sync well with the tv. I turn up the volume and sometimes it’s louder than other times. Not really worth it.

The soundbar had great sound for hearing voice output,however was a bit loud ,as the subwoofer di dnt have enough bass to balance out a good acoustic sound overall.

This is really just a BAR. Sound quality is pretty unimpressive. Subwoofer is useless. The built in speaker on my TV plays clearer, louder, more crisp, is all around better. I will try a different cable and update if the performance improves. Total waste of $$$. Unfortunately, I cannot return because it was a gift and BB says it is past RETURN date. Shame on me for taking so long to hook it up and test. Totally bummed! Buyer beware!

This model, and evidently other Vizio products, have a penchant for losing the ability to power up after a few years. Sure enough, mine just refused to power on. There are even YouTube videos about how to replace the part (a capacitor). Weak, weak sauce, Vizio. Will never buy another Vizio product.

How this soundbar / subwoofer package is only 110$ I have no idea. CNET has said themselves they would still give it a 5/5 if it was twice the price. I cannot go above 50% volume / 50% bass without having to worry about others in my dorm complaining. Not only is it loud, it sounds amazing. I have already turned around thinking someone was behind me while watching videos. Build quality is solid, multiple inputs provide many options for connections and the remote even has a small LCD for easy input selection and menu tinkering. I would have paid 300$ for this system... I paid $110

Hello everyone, just wanted to give my opinion on the Vizio soundbar system. I usually don't post a lot, but when I get a good product I need to share the information with people. First, I didn't buy the Vizio to use as most of you may use it. My polk center channel to my 5.1 system got damaged in a flood (had speaker on floor) and I was in the market for a new center channel speaker. So I started looking into soundbars for this purpose. I did a lot of research to find the right one. Didn't want to spend a lot of money to test this out. Came across this soundbar at Best Buy. Sounded really good compared to the more expensive models. So I purchased this soundbar and set it up with my Emotiva pre/pro to see if it could hold its own compared to the Polk. And now I am so happy I discovered a new center channel for my system. The only reason I think it works and sounds so good is the fact that my Emotiva has an eleven band eq for each channel so I was able to dial up the right frequencies on this sound bar and it sounds reallly nice!!!! So if you're in the market for a center channel or just the soundbar itself I would say go for it. I didn't need the sub so I can't comment on that. But the bar itself was a really good and cheap investment. I will probably only use soundbars from now on these things sound amazing. Try it and see. Cheers!!!

I took a chance on this Vizio product after reading very positive reviews. I usually stick with known name brands like Sony, Samsung, Bose or Sonos. HUGE mistake to deviate from my usual methods. After one year, this product has one speaker that projects static during all programming. Clearly there is a defective speaker. Buyer beware!

The sound doesn’t match the video on the tv despite trying to change all the settings and it being the same brand as the tv and the subwoofer makes an annoying popping sound constantly no matter where I place it. It’s worth it to buy a better quality, more expensive one.

Purchased the Soundbar system with a Vizio 55 inch tv and the reverb was CRAZY... Not only was a delay reverb but the bass overpowered the voices. Contacted Vizio and read all the troubleshooting instructions to no avail. Took it back to store for a refund.

Very frustrating as I followed the ratings on this. It was turned off for a few weeks and when I tried to power it up... nothing on the bar. The sub powers fine but nothing from the bar.
