Always wary of buying things without listening to them first but this item had some pretty good reviews going in. I must say that for what it is, I'm pleased with the sound. Bought it to replace the stock speakers built into my flat screen in the bedroom. I found myself rewinding shows/movies to re-listen to missed dialog with the built-in speakers and it was annoying. With the new sound bar, that doesn't happen anymore. Sound is clear and crisp. Blu tooth for music sounds really good too. To be fair, my living room 5 speaker surround sounds way better and has a fuller experience but all of the speakers are larger and higher quality so that's expected. For the bedroom, this was perfect. I have not yet experimented with an optional subwoofer but that should improve the bass range significantly. Even without the subwoofer, I am happy with my purchase for it's purpose.

This made a huge difference in my 55 inch vizio tv. The stock tv speakers has to be turned up to 40 just to hear the tv and then the sound was not very good. Now with the sound bar, the sound is plenty loud and clear at just 5-8 on the volume level. The Bluetooth works well with other devices. Very happy with this purchase.

I am very pleased with the sound quality from this sound bar. I didn't want speakers and a receiver to clutter up my living room, but still wanted optimal sound for movies. This sound bar provides awesome quality sound for a great price.

Bought this for my mom for Christmas but i use it at least once a day. the sound is incredible compared to watching TV without it. Crisp sound, Loud and bassy but no crackling or static. The bluetooth connectivity is painless as well as hooking it up to your tv. Just use the provided optical cable to go from your TV to the soundbar. Then anything that plays out of your TV will go through the soundbar. The remote for your TV (IO, DirectTV, etc) would also then control the volume for the soundbar. The only drawback of that is that it will still turn your tvs physical volume up but i have yet to notice an interference or mismatch.

I am not an audiophile by any means but I do enjoy good sound when I'm watching tv and the rear firing speakers in today's tv just don't cut it. I have a load of kids so spending s lot of money on something for me just doesn't feel right so at $99 I couldn't resist. It doesn't have a sub but one can be connected but if you're just looking for better sound while you're watching tv then this is awesome. Plugged it in and turned off the tv sound so it would only play through the bar and it couldn't be easier to enjoy great sound at an expensive price. I highly recommend it for anyone not wanting to spend a ton of money on a sound bar. The center channel was what sold me on this unit. Left, right, and center makes a difference.

Sound on my new Vizio was good, but after listening to the set up in store, decided I would like this. I was right! Not tinny or echoey, just very clear. Was easy to put up. Came with bracket for wall mount but no screws! I Had some that fit. (I was told at store had to buy mounting kit at additional $49 I think) but chose not to. Worked out fine. This was on sale, and I think was an excellent choice.

Was skeptical about how good this soundbar would sound because of the price, got it for $99 on sale. I have a 55inch Vizio with the rear speaker and this sounder made a huge difference in sound. Would definitely buy again.

I got this for a spare room where I hooked it up to my TV and Xbox one. I wasn't expecting a lot but was pleasantly surprised by the response, especially the bass. The remote is nice and I was able to adjust the tone adequately. This is by no means top-of-the-line, but for the price, it's great.

This is a great Soundbar for the price. I bought this to help with the poor sound of the down firing speakers on my tv. This bar helps project the sound and has better sound quality the the TV speakers. It has separate settings for low, mid and high settings. This speaker meets my needs and I would recommend it as long as you aren't expecting too much of a sound bar. It's not going to be surround sound or give you a home theater experience. It's more for improved sound quality from poor TV speakers and to help project the sound in the room. This also has blue tooth capability so you can pair it with your phone or other device to stream music.

We bought a TV that didn't have great sound, but it was on a really good sale so we kept it and just added this sound bar. It works great and it hooks, via Bluetooth, to our iPhones. No regrets with this purchase!

This is a fairly basic sound bar with a few interesting features. It's not exceptionally powerful, so it's really best for smaller rooms. The sound is quite good though and surprisingly the bass does come through fine. Not a thumping bass like a big sub, but definitely a big improvement over lousy tv sound. The simulated surround sound is fairly worthless, but that's what I expected when I bought it. Easy to set up. Easy to use and adjust. Bluetooth works well with iPhones.

A soundbar isn't going to sound as good as a true home theater system, but it will provide better sound than most built-in TV speakers. This one sounds good. The dialog enhancer really works. The virtual surround setting sounds good but doesn't sound like true surround sound. The speaker has some bass but won't really rattle the windows. Overall I think the average adult will like it.

This is a good sound bar for the price. I got it on Deal of the Day for $99. Not going to replicate a surround sound system, but for something easy to hook up to boost the TV speakers, it works great and sounds good when you're watching TV.

I bought it for my bedroom for my tv. I ended up using the bluetooth for music everyday because the sound quality is so great. Has great bass and depth. Also has high volume capability. Plus easy to install.

Its very good. Sound is very good. But for bass you do need a good dedicated sub woofer. Its much better than the similar priced sound bar combinations like Samsung. Got it for $99 and its worth it

First sound bar used now for two months bought new. Use with Vizio TV easy set up too. I turned TV sound off too. Kids use this with their iPods and phones using Bluetooth it pairs easily and iTunes and my device controls the volume perfectly. One thing that just happened so be aware is that if you put your Bluetooth device on pause for a period of time the sound bar will auto shut off so you will need the sound bar remote to power it back on and re-pair the device.

This speaker sounds very good. It was easy to set up and easy to use. Bluetooth is a great feature. For the price you can't go wrong.

Product performs well , installation was a snap, sounds and looks great . Good sound bar for the money. Highly recommended .

Great soundbar at a reasonable price. clear sound and base with easy set up. slight vibration when volume is turned up but easily fixed with some rubber feet.

I was dumbstruck by the added expense of a quality sound bar for my new LED TV. I picked up one on black Friday for $35 at another store. It was practically inaudible. After doing a little research, I discovered the VIZIO. It has a lot more power and a nice base sound. It is not a top of the line device, but the addition has made a big difference in my television viewing experience. This is a keeper.
