Great picture, awful customer service

However, if you have a question, Vizio is terrible about answering it. For example, we noted that the Amazon smart link didn't work. After being transferred several times and repeating the question each time, a Vizio rep (from a foreign country) hung up on me. One call to Amazon and they told me that Vizio no longer supports the Amazon app.

I regret nothing!!!! 1080p actually looks like 1080p plus the 120hz refresh rate really came in clutch when I connected my Playstation 4. My favorite thing about this Tv is that the remote has a Netflix button...it takes you straight to NETFLIX!!

clear and bright

Simple to hook up. Only drawback is no headphone jack (I told the sales person it was a priority) so we listen through the stereo. Better sound anyway with decent speakers. The tv's are getting so thin it is tough to find one with decent sound.

Good Enough For Bedroom

The Samsung looked more cheaply made and was more money so I got this one. The picture is ok and the volume is not the best so I would say this is best for a small room. The remote is the cheapest made remote I have ever seen. It will not last long I would say. It looks like something you would find at the $1.00 store. Total junk! For an inexpensive tv I would say it is ok and I would recommend as a second tv.

Would like to have the option to bring the legs closer together. I am using the TV as a computer monitor for work to review maps and construction plans. (The picture is great.) The ability to bring the legs closer together or to have a center stand would allow the TV to fit in my existing monitor stand. Now I need 2 stands. (I sit in a cubicle at work, so a wall mount does not work, which is why I need a stand.)

Great TV for my bedroom

I chose this one because I have a Vizio in my living room and it hasn't failed me, yet. So far, this TV has been a great choice. I'm able to easily browse my favorite apps, it delivers great picture quality, and it fits perfectly on top my dresser drawer.

I'm able to play radio, youtube, netlicks with no problems- haven't tried the other functions. The sound is softer when on Netflicks, I have to turn the volume up almost all the way. You might want to get a soundbar or other audio to support it. Otherwise I'm very happy with the purchase.
