Also does not come with a built-in tuner. The 10,000 apps it says it can have, you have to pay for most of them. Apps are not on the TV have to load them on a tablet or smart phone.

This means that any VIZIO SmartCast™ device can be controlled using most smartphones and tablets. With SmartCast™ built into the display, you now have access to hundreds of apps. We realize this is brand new technology and it takes some time to get used to it. This model does have a built-in tuner. However,in order to achieve the best picture quality and to take advantage of the 4K Ultra HD technology, it is recommended to use the HDMI connections.
