    1. 40 inch 1080 HD for the price is okay. 2. I don't believe this is a 120 refresh rate. For some reason newer TV's have a number like, 360, then dubbed "picture perfect clarity movement" .. all the while it's still a 60 refresh rate. 3.Smartcast is BS. It comes with a remote but this remote CANNOT do anything for the picture. OK, it has 5 settings and each one is preset picture setting.. to "fine tune" your tv you've got to download the remote app to your phone..Leading to... 4. To use the remote or the Smartcast to throw the picture on your tv or Netflix, Hulu , etc., One must use the app on their phone but be sure the TV is linked to your internet too. So, if you don't have internet service or wi-fi, you're f*****. I had my cell phone hotspot for wi-fi. Didn't work BC my phone needed internet too. So, I used it for a few months then sold it. Not worth the headache. Bad Vizio.

    I could not get this configured, out of the box. the online tips from vizio were not helpful, and their tech support even less so. 2 weeks after I submitted a support ticket, I finally got an email from them... Saying they could call in another 2 days. When I finally did get them on the phone, they made me go through all of the steps I already went through and had told them about. they did not fix my problem and wanted to replace it. However, they would not replace it without proof of purchase, so I sent them a copy of my online purchase receipt email. they could not read it. ?!? I sent it again... Another week of silence. I still only have one working HDMI port, but I was finally able to get the sound to work on one hdmi port after a couple weeks of fiddling with it and resetting it back to default. It was a cheap TV; and it shows...

    this tv was to complicated and didn't like the fact you used your phone as the remote. It comes with a remote but really small you had to have it connected to the internet just to use the remote which is stupid just to use the remote.

      Thank you for your feedback. Some information to help you is that the included remote does not require internet to work. The internet connection is needed to cast content through an application or to receive automatic updates. VIZIO
