I never write reviews. I never care about technology. But, this is the worst purchase I’ve made in years and I have to share it with you. It freezes, stalls, restarts, goes silent... it is the bane of my existence. Right this second it is frozen on 30 Rock. I can’t start or back or get to the Home Screen... okay... I also can’t TURN IT OFF. The worse TV ever.

This tv is pretty awful. I didn’t even know they sold crap like this anymore. Sadly and unbelievably, the picture is so blurry that I can hardly see what’s going on. The sound is off too sometimes. I thought I was hearing things at first, but after several random sound mishaps, I realized that it was this crappy tv. Lastly, the menu is not user friendly and it only has a few useful apps, and no way to add additional apps. It has all these random apps that no one has ever heard of. I get mad just thinking about it. My sister bought a different tv for $140 and hers is MUCH better than this one. I definitely threw away my money buying this. Needless to say, I’m super disappointed with tv.

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Great picture. Very lightweight. But, surprisingly, with poor sound, so I had to also buy the Vizio 2.1 Soundbar. The result is quite spectacular! The 40" size perfectly fits our situation and the sound fills the room. Altho some of the streaming services we use thru our Roku box are also provided internally, we prefer to continue to use the Roku box. Even with the added cost of the soundbar, this was an exceptional bargain.

One of the best purchases I made in a while . Great size not too big and not too small . I mounted it to my wall and it’s amazing. The quality is really clear and it’s a plus that it’s a smart tv. Only downfall is the remote is kind of slow like a little lag .

Excellent picture, loaded with features. Disappointed, however, with the performance. The SmartCast feature has a considerable and annoying "lag" in responding to my iPhone 12. Also, the remote lags when scrolling to find an app,, and even if I push the button multiple times, usually nothing happens, and then, all the sudden it jumps way over uncontrollably and lands wherever it wants to. The remote apparently has communication problems with the TV because when I turned it off, sometimes it would respond in 20-30 seconds, and then at other times it would be 10-15 minutes before the "V" logo came up on the screen and finally turned off. ??? I have (2) two other Vizio's and they are performing wonderfully (one is 10 years old), so this one must have a defect, and I have returned it...

nice size tv, inexpensive tv, i would have spent more money but COVID is the reason i chose this VIZIO! i like the view of this VIZIO, straight on view. i’m skeptical of this brand because of prior purchase, giving it another shot, although the side view color isn’t as crisp, i have a different model and it’s side view color is as crisp from the side(even color)!

Overall the TV is very good with a great picture. My issues are two fold. The first is the remote that comes with the TV can only do very basic functions so you would need your cable or satellite remote as well. The second is the response when you are scrolling between the different functions on the TV (changing apps or other functions), it is very slow.

Purchased this TV for my mom for Christmas. Goes great with her karaoke mic. Hung it up on the wall and fits and look perfect. Not heavy easy to assemble and lift. Picture and sound is crisp. Lots of additional features, easy to use and hookup with google home. Vizio also has video, support help. Remotes doesn't light up in dark, you cant see the buttons in the dark, you will need to memorize where the buttons are located. We use google voice assistant to adjust volume and turn off and on.

This is my first smart TV, and I enjoy having that feature - allowing immediate access to some streaming channels - on the remote control. The television has a very good picture, and the size is perfect for a bedroom - also lightweight, allowing easy transfer to the living room or den when a second TV is "needed" for dueling football games. The one feature I would add is the availability of ESPN on the remote, but I've added a Firestick plugged into one of the HDMI ports to take care of that issue.

Purchased this TV for a guest BR so my needs were quite basic. This TV is, well, quite basic. The picture quality is better than expected and it's a nice looking TV. Thin bezel, lightweight, it's a nice looking TV. On the negative side, I've experienced several of the issues others have experienced. The YouTubeTV app "stutters" when viewing live TV, rendering it unusable. The TV will randomly lock up if using Smartcast and need to be powered down from time to time. I solved both by simply hooking up a Roku stick to the TV. The Airplay feature and Google Home integration have both worked well without any issues. I would recommend this TV as long as you have realistic expectations for what you are getting.

Needed a TV for the bedroom and didn't necessarily need anything top of the line. The picture quality is good. It was easy to set up. Price was competitive for the brand. Overall, happy with the product

Great pric, set up is practically done for you, size is perfect for rooms, very lightweight quality is great, and volume is always something I struge with finding on electronics and very satisfied with the TV's volume

Our first HD smart TV. Wanted one to fit in an entertainment center we had. Most were too wide and thick. This worked great. Picture quality is better than expected. Tons of apps for access to content. Easy set up. Works well with our WiFi. Sound could be better but is OK.
