I'd love to give a more eloquent and loquacious review of this TV that came delivered to me last night. That's not possible however. It came out of the box with a hand sized crack/dent in the middle/top of the screen. Best buy claims they will ship out another one and I can have UPS pick this one up once I receive return shipping labels. I remain hopeful.

We purchased due to an in-store recommendation. We like the 4k part of the TV and I would say it works just fine for our purposes. I would say that the primary concern is the interface for Netflix, hulu, etc. is a bit sluggish and difficult to maneuver.

I had a 30-inch TV for many years and finally decided to upgrade. I never realized what a small TV I had until I brought home a 43-inch TV. The picture quality is excellent on this TV. I have cable, Amazon fire stick, and an old DVD player (uses RCA). I can't have the DVD player and cable attached at the same time as there aren't enough ports, but I need to get a proper blu-ray/DVD player. It has several HDMI ports, so you can have a streaming device and blu-ray player. I was able to set up the device pretty quickly. It maintains a wi-fi connection very well. It's a smart TV, but I keep my Amazon fire stick for HBO Go, the only app I use that the TV doesn't have. The remote has shortcuts for Netflix and Amazon, which are great. It would be perfect if it had a shortcut for Hulu instead of I Heart Radio. I connected an Insignia sound bar very easily. This is an excellent, modern TV. It's nothing fancy I imagine, but I'm not very tech savvy. I did a lot of research but this seems basic compared with other stuff on the market. I amazed that this smart TV does so much. Highly recommend! I've had it a few months but wanted to use it a while to make sure it's working well.

Wow- I cannot believe how horrible this television is. Firstly, the sound quality is atrocious and secondly, the television will not even turn on properly. it's just about conked out. I am appalled at the misadvise I was given by Best Buy's staff.

The led screen was broken but I could not get a refund because I did not open it for several weeks. The box was not damaged

I didn’t get to use the TV b/c the screen was cracked when I opened the box. So I had to return it.

Don't expect miracles. This is a great TV for the price. The picture quality is great for a 43 inch 1080P TV at this price. Have had for a month and it does everything as advertised, very efficiently. Only wish would be a backlit remote.

Terrible, freezes constantly. Remote barely works. Stopped responding after 2 months. Customer service was no help, told it would be over a month before they could replace the remote which they needed to do before they could repair or replace the tv. Doesn't respond to the terrible Vizio remote/app either so clearly the remote is not the problem. Picture looks great, whenever it works long enough for that to matter. Run away, not worth it at any price.
